Services

Our Vancouver speech-language pathologists (SLPs) are here to help with speech, voice, language, and fluency challenges, neurological and cognitive conditions, social communication, and personal development.

Treatment personalized for you

Individual and group appointments are available in-person at our Granville Island clinic in Vancouver, in-hospital, in-environment, or through online teletherapy. Our speech pathologists (SLPs) support clients of all ages from childhood to adulthood. We are one of the only SLP clinics in Vancouver open 7 days a week and on evenings and weekends.

Children and Youth

We support children, youth, and their families with developmental and congenital disorders affecting speech sounds, language, literacy, and social communication. Our speech pathologists are certified with the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP).

Adults

Our speech pathologists can help address neurological and cognitive conditions affecting speech, voice and accent modification, stuttering, social interactions, and professional communication. We also provide support for mental health challenges that affect speech like social anxiety.

Programs

The social speech application program provides clients with the opportunity to practice and integrate skills from their individual sessions and apply them within conversational contexts with peers. This program develops team building skills, awareness, and self-monitoring.

What our clients say

★★★★★

We have seen major changes with how our son interacts with his siblings and peers behaviorally, emotionally and physically. He use to lack the ability to communicate his needs and it use to get very physical because he couldn’t communicate with words. Now, he is speaking in full sentences and is easier to understand his needs. We are so happy to have found Tara, she is very patient, nurturing and accommodating to our schedule.

★★★★★

I have had the privilege of knowing Vinni Panikkar for 40 years… She has always understood that meaningful speech and language support begins with trust; by seeing each person fully, listening with genuine curiosity, and creating a relationship in which both the child and their family felt safe, valued, and understood… Anyone seeking speech and language support would be fortunate to have Vinni and her staff beside them on their journey.”

Vinni is very patient and professional in perfecting any problems that I have with my mother tongue and English… Recommended for everyone, particularly young adults like me.
